Police / Police keen to speak to witnesses after crash
POLICE are looking to speak to witnesses in relation to a road traffic collision which happened near to Tingwall Airport on Saturday afternoon.
The incident, which involved a black Volkswagen Golf, is said to have happened on the A971 at around 4.40pm.
A man was taken to hospital by the ambulance service.
Police are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident, or those who may have seen the vehicle prior to the crash.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland in Shetland on 101 quoting incident number 2469 of 3 October 2020.
