Coronavirus / Four more people confirmed with Covid linked to Friday’s case
NHS Shetland has repeated its calls for people to be vigilant when socialising after four more Covid cases were confirmed on Saturday.
All new cases are linked to the one case reported on Friday, and have been returned from asymptomatic household/family members tested as part of the contact tracing.
A health board spokesperson said: “As always the community is asked to remain vigilant to any Covid-19 symptoms such as a new persistent cough, fever or loss of taste and/or smell, and if in any doubt to self-isolate and request a laboratory test through our website at https://www.shb.scot.nhs.uk/. “
